Staple around the edges to hold the paper or foam more securely on the plate.8. Cut a nose, eyes, mouth, warts and a witch's hat from paper or foam. Cut out a pointed chin, if desired.

4. Staple or glue some raffia onto the top and sides of the witch's face for hair. Call clouded raffia or other Halloween colours as you hunger for the hair.
5. Cut a paper plate into quarters. Use one quartered piece for a witch's hat. Paint the hat as desired. Staple the hat onto the back of the top edge of the witch's face.

6. Trace a paper plate onto green construction paper or craft foam. Cut out the paper or foam circle.
7. Glue the paper or foam circle onto one side of a paper plate.

1. Colouring a model coat of blooming dye on one or both sides of a paper plate.9. Glue the facial features onto the paper plate witch. Bend the nose outward so that it sticks out from the face. Staple a pointed hat to the top of the witch's head and a pointed chin to the bottom edge of the witch.
10. Arrange raffia, paper or foam hair around the edges of the witch's face. Staple or glue the hair to hold securely in place.
