Create Wall Adornments For Any Homeschool Room

For example, one decoration could have pictures and information about American history, the next could be an autobiography with pictures, a third could explain something in life science such as Darwin's Theory of Natural Selection, and so on. Use tape or glue to put up these border panels as they are completed.


3. Make awards for your kids. You can give them ribbons for well-written essays or certificates for completed classes. Let them display these awards on the bulletin board and take pride in a job well done.


4. Do year-long, multi-part project with the kids. Each part should have a visual component, which you can put up on the wall. For example, if your child wants to study the history of witchcraft and traditional religions in Europe, he could come up with a picture showing medicinal plants as one part, a survey of stone circles as another part and so on.


Put up seasonal decorations. Have your kids make pictures of flowers in the spring, snowmen in the winter and pumpkins in the fall.5.
