3. Put on the rubber gloves. Apply the fiberglass resin over the mat with the paint brush. Continue to apply the resin until the mat is shiny and wet looking, indicating complete penetration.4.

2. Lay the fiberglass mat tightly over the item. Turn the item over. Secure the mat in place with hot glue.

Production these moulds requires decided specialized materials, ventilation and patience.
Instructions
1.Lay successive layers of mat over the previous, impregnating each with resin. Continue until the desired mold thickness is achieved. Press out air bubbles after each layer with the roller.
5. Carefully pop off the mold from the copied item. Remove the masking tape.
6. Sand the fiberglass as smooth as necessary, using the 80-grit sandpaper.
7. Spread auto body filler over any pinholes or other imperfections on the fiberglass, sanding between each dried coat.
