In Photoshop, you'd use Liquefy or Distort, depending on your version of Photoshop; those options are located until "Filters."4. Select the specific warping tool you want to use to get the desired effect; you might use a "Pucker" or "Pinch" tool to make parts of your face laughably small, or a "Bloat" or "Sphere" tool to comically enlarge your features. Use your mouse to click on the areas of your face you want to distort or warp.
