Produce A Samba Dancer Costume

Samba costumes are brightly coloured and revealing.


A samba dance costume, if for Halloween, a costume bender or for a samba dance performance, is typically a somewhat risque ensemble. The samba attire is very confessed for alight colours and extravagant glitz. Sequins, rhinestones and Fore lock are familiar elements of a samba dancer costume. The costume can be easily composed on all sides of one basic quota, such as a leotard or much a bathing suit. Adding details and accessories to this unmarried costume group can alter it into a recognizable samba costume.


Instructions


1. Obtain a leotard to be the mannequin for the costume. Choose a leotard with a low back and a low-cut front, provided likely. A burnished colour is as well a discriminative of a samba costume.


2. Attach fringe along the bottom of the leotard by sewing it on or using fabric glue. The fringe should hang between mid-thigh and your knee and should cover you all the way around. Choose bright colors that complement or match the leotard.


3. Dress in the leotard and have an assistant help you to measure criss-crossing lines across the cutout area of the chest of the costume and the back of the costume.


4. Cut strands of sequins to match the measurements to criss-cross your exposed chest and back in the costume.


5. Add a pair of ballroom shoes, which are heeled shoes, to complete the ensemble.


Pin a strip of the sequins around your neck as a choker as well.


7. Glue rhinestones, beads or sequins in a pattern, or random scattering, on the leotard itself to add a touch of sparkle.


8. Glue or sew the strands of sequins in place at the edges of the leotard chest area and back area so they criss-cross your chest and back.6. Glue more strands of sequins around arm bands to be worn around your wrists. The sequins should cover the bands completely.
