4. Create the nose with a reverse "L" shape. Add a nostril with a small diagonal dash to the left of the "L." Create the mouth with a slightly curved line below the nose. This will give Naruto a grim look. Add the scars of the fox demon on Naruto's face with three diagonal lines on each cheek. Draw a line around each side of the arm guidelines. Make the lines wider as they get closer the the hand. Add a curved line to create the end of each sleeve. Add the fingernails with curved lines last of each finger.
Ink the illustration of the character with black ink. Do not ink any unnecessary guidelines. Let the ink dry and carefully erase the pencil lines. Add the excess headband fabric with two bands coming off the left side of the head. Draw these shapes with two long, very thing rectangle shapes that bend slightly at the middle.
6.5. Draw the hair with a jagged line that goes around the top of the head. The line should dip in and out to create triangular edges.
