5. Glue the triangle shapes to the base of each balloon. Glue the string of yarn to the back of each balloon.


6. Glue the foam wall directions directly on the wall if you have wall paper that you don't mind damaging. If you want to minimize the damage, you can use double-stick tape or small nails to hang the balloons and teddy bear on the wall.
