Copy Safeguard A Sound Compact disc

Add an additional layer of Safeguard onto popular CDs by transcribe protecting them.


Whether you are a musician who creates custom audio CDs, you are probably concerned approximately hymn piracy, which is a vast occupation for cd artists. Whether a Disc has no write Safeguard encrypted on it, then anyone can rip the Disc and assign the folk on a file-sharing programme for the solid nature to download for unpaid. Create protection is not 100-percent foolproof, but it does deter many people from trying to steal the tracks. The only way to copy protect an audio CD is to use an external software program to encrypt the music.


Instructions


1. Place your audio CD into your computer's disc drive.


2. Download and install a software program that adds copy protection to an audio CD. Some programs are free and others cost money (see Resource section).


3. Open the program on your computer by double-clicking on the icon.


4. Find a button that asks you to add the CD contents to the program. The "D:" drive is the default letter for the CD disc drive.6. Select "Open" to view your audio files.7.


It may say something like "Files to Encrypt."5. Choose the "D:" drive when it asks you to locate your CD.



Click on the "Copy Protect" button or a similar button to begin the encryption process.
